The house has a terraced garden with olive trees, bay trees and wild flowers. There are three double bedrooms, two of which are at the front with wonderful lake views. The large open plan living area has comfy sofa and chairs and double French windows opening onto a balcony with a magnificent panoramic view of the lake.

There is a central cosy open fire and oil fuelled central heating. The kitchen has a dishwasher and there is a washing machine in the basement. The bathroom consists of shower, lavatory, bidet and basin and there is a further lavatory, bidet and basin outside the upper bedrooms. The house is well equipped with sheets, towels, kitchen equipment etc. and there is a fine music system. There is no television. There is a telephone with an honesty box.
